Trust in God
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
— Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV)
Reflection
Trusting God requires surrendering our need to understand everything. Our human perspective is limited, but God sees the full picture. When we lean on our own understanding, we often make decisions based on fear, incomplete information, or selfish motives. But when we submit our ways to Him, He promises to guide us. This doesn't mean life will be without challenges, but it means we won't face them alone.
Prayer Focus
Lord, I confess that I often try to figure everything out on my own. Today, I choose to trust You with all my heart. Help me to surrender my plans and submit to Your will. Guide my steps and make my paths straight according to Your perfect plan. Amen.
